Worldoftarantula.com is an online store where registered users can buy terraristic animals, feed animals and terraristic accessories.

1. To make purchases on Worldoftarantula.com , the cookie files must be accepted by the user's browser.

1. To place an order, you must register on the store's website or use a purchase option without login, then fill out a form on the page.
2. The order is made by choosing an appropriate animal or article, the size and the number of articles and by clicking on "Add to cart". After the confirmation, the user is invited to enter the website to choose the payment and delivery method.
3. The order can also be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer for an additional price specified in the delivery tariff. The choice of the delivery method is possible after completing an order.
4. After placing an order, the Buyer will receive a confirmation e-mail.
5. The articles are sent on Monday every two weeks.
6. Live arrival is not guaranteed.

1. Buyer - a consumer who has concluded a distance agreement may terminate the agreement without cause by drawing up the declaration in writing within ten days from the date of delivery. It is enough to send a statement before the expiration date.
2. In case of use of the privileges mentioned in point 1 of this paragraph, the buyer-consumer is obliged to return the order delivered in the same condition (in particular in the case of animals, they must be returned to the recipient in a safe way ) and Worldoftarantula.com returns the payment to the Buyer - consumer's bank account.

1.Il there may be differences in size and gender errors, no refunds will be allowed because the exact measurement and sexing are impossible to achieve.

3. Complaints are examined within 14 days. When the complaint is accepted, a new item is sent to the Buyer. In the event that the complaint is not accepted, Worldoftarantula.com sends the item that is the subject of the complaint at the User's expense.
4. When the ordered item is not available but it is not defective, Worldoftarantula.com inform the Buyer by e-mail or by phone. According to the choice of the Buyer – the payment will be refunded to his bank account or another item chosen by the Buyer will be sent at this price.
